1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are subject to the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement:
- Products delivered in damaged condition
- Expired products
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Manufacturing defects (for packaged goods)
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery products unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Requests made after the specified return window
2. Return Timeframe
- Any issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To request a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Clear photos (if damaged/defective)
- Brief description of the issue
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support via email or phone.
- Share the required details and proof.
- Our team will review the request.
- If approved, we will arrange for:
- Replacement, or
- Refund, as applicable.
We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or replacements.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If the product is unavailable after placing the order
- If a return request is approved
- If the order is canceled before dispatch
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- The actual credit time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per the refund timeline above.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
We may refuse refunds if:
- The claim is found to be false or fraudulent.
- The product has been partially consumed (unless quality issue is proven).
- The return request is made outside the allowed timeframe.
7. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, replacements will be arranged at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.
